What group sizes can Takun accommodate?
Takun can accommodate up to 300 guests at one time. For larger groups, our Estate Buyout can accommodate up to 500 guests on a flowing basis throughout the day.
Can we book Takun for a full day?
Yes. Full-day bookings are available, subject to availability and your event requirements.
Can we combine meeting spaces with activities?
Yes. You can combine meeting spaces with sports and wellness activities for a more engaging experience.
What Move and Recover programmes are available for groups?
Groups can choose from a range of Move & Recover programmes, including guided Tennis and Pickleball sessions, Yoga & Movement classes, Nature & Outdoor experiences, and Private Play options.
Can food and refreshments be arranged?
Yes. Clients may arrange their own external catering and refreshments, or opt for catering from our in-house Pepe Café.
What presentation or AV facilities are available?
Takun Hall is equipped to support presentations, meetings and corporate functions. Specific AV requirements can be discussed with our team. External AV and entertainment setups are also permitted with prior approval and must comply with Takun’s venue guidelines.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available at Takun.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for approximately 250 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can spaces be configured for different meeting formats?
Yes. Our spaces can be arranged based on your preferred setup, format and event requirements.
Can Takun accommodate company-wide events?
Yes. Takun can accommodate corporate events of different scales, subject to the spaces and setup required.
How far in advance should we enquire?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible, especially for larger events and preferred dates.
