Private Celebration FAQs
What group sizes can Takun accommodate?
Takun can accommodate up to 300 guests at one time. For larger groups, our Estate Buyout can accommodate up to 500 guests on a flowing basis throughout the day.
Can we reserve a private space?
Yes. Private spaces can be reserved for celebrations and gatherings, subject to availability. Available spaces and setups will depend on the nature and size of your event.
Can we combine a space with Takun experiences?
Yes. You can combine your private space booking with selected sports and wellness experiences to create a more complete Takun experience for your guests. Programme availability and capacity are subject to the selected date.
Can food be arranged through Pepe?
Yes. Food and refreshments can be arranged through our in-house Pepe Café, including catering and private dining arrangements.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. Guests may bring their own cake for celebrations. Please let our team know in advance so we can advise on the arrangements.
Can we decorate the space?
Yes. Decorations are permitted, subject to prior approval and Takun’s venue guidelines. Our team can advise on what is suitable for the selected space.
Can we bring external vendors?
Yes. External vendors may be engaged for your event, subject to prior approval and Takun’s venue guidelines. This may include catering, décor, entertainment and other event-related vendors.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for approximately 250 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can children attend?
Yes, children are welcome at selected areas and activities at Takun. Tennis and Pickleball are available for children aged 8 and above, while the Wellness Centre is strictly for guests aged 16 and above. Please note that all children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for private spaces, larger groups, weekend dates or events requiring multiple arrangements. This allows us to check availability and coordinate your preferred setup.
How do we secure our preferred date?
Once your event details are confirmed, our team will guide you through the booking and payment process to secure your preferred date. Dates are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.
