Wedding FAQs
How many guests can Takun accommodate?
Takun Hall accommodates up to 250 guests, while The Loggia accommodates up to 100 guests. Combined, the maximum capacity is 300 guests.
Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Takun?
Yes. Takun can accommodate both your ceremony and reception, allowing you to host your full wedding celebration within the venue.
Can we use more than one space?
Yes. You may use multiple spaces depending on your wedding setup and requirements. In addition to Takun Hall and The Loggia, our Tennis Court and Pickleball Courts may also be incorporated into your event, depending on your preferred setup and how you envision using the spaces. Our team would be happy to recommend the most suitable arrangement based on your wedding plans.
Is catering available?
Yes. Clients may appoint their own caterer, or opt for our in-house Pepe Café catering and private dining arrangements, which can be coordinated separately with our team.
Can wen bring our own wedding vendors?
Yes. Clients are welcome to appoint their own wedding vendors, subject to Takun’s venue guidelines.
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for approximately 250 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
Is there somewhere for wedding party to get ready?
Yes. A private Bridal Room is included with all wedding bookings and is available throughout the event day.
What happens in case of rain?
The Loggia and outdoor areas are open-air spaces. Clients are encouraged to prepare a wet weather plan with their Event Planner.
How early can our vendors access the venue?
Vendors may access the venue according to the approved setup schedule. Early or previous-day access may be arranged subject to availability and approval.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
A signed Booking Form and 50% non-refundable booking deposit are required to confirm your wedding date.
